What is a Podcast?

A podcast is an audio recording posted online, much like a short radio show. Think of it like TiVo for audio on the Internet.

By adding the podcast, new "shows" are automatically delivered to your computer as audio (mp3) files, ready to load onto  your portable mp3 player.
