Electronic Application Submission

Submit your application electronically, using version 4.0 or higher of Internet Explorer, or version 3.0 or higher of Netscape.  If needed, download the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape.

Electronic submission is mandatory for all programs.  Word versions submitted electronically cannot be processed and are not considered electronic submissions.  Word or PDF versions submitted via e-mail are not considered electronic submissions.

Your application (application form and required supporting documents as one PDF file) must be received electronically by 5 p.m. on the deadline date for the program.  Applicants are strongly advised to submit their application early in case of technical difficulties.  Applicants who encounter technical difficulties with the electronic submission must contact the AHA office prior to the deadline to resolve the situation.  Otherwise, their application will be rejected.

To submit your application, access the submission site via the link below. Complete all required fields (name, council and award, e-mail addresses) and attach your application file (in PDF format).   After you click "Continue," you will have the opportunity to confirm your information once more before submitting. Please confirm your information carefully, and make sure you have attached the correct application file before proceeding.

  • If you are satisfied with your information, click "Yes" and "Continue" to submit your application. You will receive a confirmation of your submission via e-mail.
  • If you are not satisfied with your information and need to edit, click "No" and "Continue," and you will be returned to the submission site to edit your information.

    Electronic Submission Site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
