Cardiovascular disease kills a woman every minute. Go Red for Women® captures the ENERGY, PASSION, and INTELLIGENCE of women, to work collectively to wipe out heart disease—the No. 1 killer of women. The American Heart Association is working hard to change the perception that heart disease is a “man’s disease, and each year we are teaching more and more women how to talk to their doctors about heart disease, and are saving thousands of lives every year. The Go Red for Women Luncheon is a life changing, educational event that will empower women to make their health a priority and live longer, stronger, healthier lives. Activities include:
