The luncheon will feature educational breakout sessions, a silent auction, exhibits and guest speaker, a special appeal, and a heart-healthy lunch.

Go Red For Women Luncheon Guest Speaker -- Diana Jordan

Diana Jordan has been nominated by the American Comedy Awards as one of the Top Five Female Comedians in the Country; she has appeared on "Oprah."  Oprah Winfrey selected her as "one of the funniest people on the planet!"

Diana has performed for Go Red For Women luncheons around the country with presentations like "The Healing Power of Laughter" and "Laugh Yourself to Good Health," where she shares healthy, positive coping strategies and demonstrates how your attitude impacts your health.

Her other accomplishments include:  being featured in the HBO special "Women of the Night," and film roles in "Jerry McGuire" and a co-starring credit in "Loretta's Surprise," which was featured in the Sundance Film Festival.  Diana is a best-selling author of "A Wife's Little Instruction Book:  Your Survival Guide to Marriage Without Bloodshed," which has sold over 450,000 copies and has been translated into five languages.
